Write a PHP based form program that will guide a person in the creation of a Mad Lib. Your main program should consist of a form that asks for the various types inputs to a Mad Lib (noun, verb, exclamation, adverb, adjective, etc.) Your story should make use of at least 10 words that are input by the user. (This would require a form that allows them to enter their 10 words) Once they have clicked DONE then you should process the form and embed their entered words into your story and display it for their enjoyment or dismay.
