Nursing care is based on the steps of the nursing process and the clinical judgment model. Thinking about your clinical or simulation day, in what manner did you apply the phases of the nursing process within the framework of the clinical judgment model? What was your priority problem and plan of care? What was the outcome?
During my clincal day I was in the Neuro ICU I found I was doing alot of assessing as one of my patients was on Q1 neuro checks. After assessing I got to talk with my nurse a lot about planning some next step for our patients which was really cool to be apart of and something I learned a lot from.
