For the Final Paper, you will Read Chapter 12 to have an insight into how to build a case study. You will then develop a case study for a company. You can choose your approach from:

·       Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility

·       Business Ethics

·       International Issues in Strategic Management

·       General Issues in Strategic Management

 Your Case Study should be a complete assessment of the company and the problem or issue that is being analyzed.
