Module 1 Team Charter Your instructor will assign you to a team at the beginning of the term. Your first task as a group is to complete the Team Charter (click here to download the template). You are recommended to initiate communication with your team members via the course Email tool. In the Charter you will identify a team leader and component managers responsible for submission of each deliverable of the business plan. You also want to capture the set of rules that your team will follow. These rules should include how you are going to meet (e.g. Skype phone discussion boards). Brainstorm with your team and develop these rules. The team leader will organize your team and help facilitate meetings as necessary. This person will also be the liaison with your instructor. Each team member must serve as a component manager for at least one assignment deliverable during the course. The expectation is that all members work together on all module submissions and the final paper. The team leader should submit the Team Charter to the Assignment box no later than Thursday 11:59 PM EST/EDT.
