· Country Background: Provide a brief country background and focus on points you believe pertinent to the country being a state sponsor of terrorism.

· Proxy Organizations: Identify and discuss the proxy organization(s) supported by your chosen country. Provide specifics on what resources are provided to the proxies

· Case Study: Provide information on a successful attack perpetrated by the primary proxy group supported by your country of choice. Be sure to include specifics such as date of attack, location, tactic used, results of the attack (i.e. deaths, injuries, property damage), and any response(s) from the country in which the attack occurred.

· How may the tactics and tools of terrorism change in the future? Be sure to provide a discussion of contemporary tactics to establish a baseline for your predictions.

· What technology or technologies will have the greatest influence on the future of terrorism? How will these technologies enable or enhance the capability of terror organizations?
